Shipping policy

At SubRosa Hobby, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping options, and estimated delivery.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If there are any delays due to stock availability, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer worldwide shipping with the following estimated delivery times:

USA & Canada: 5-10 business days
Europe: 7-12 business days
Australia & NZ: 8-15 business days
International: 10-20 business days

Express Shipping Options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the link provided in the email. If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us at tony@newage3d.com.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time. Some remote locations may experience longer delivery times. Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in our prices. SubRosa Hobby is not responsible for additional import taxes or delays caused by customs clearance. If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned, we may refund the order minus shipping costs.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

If your package is delayed, please allow extra time as carriers may experience disruptions. If your order is marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbors or your local post office. If your order is lost or stolen, contact tony@newage3d.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
