Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must:
✔ Be unused and in its original packaging
✔ Include all accessories, manuals, and tags
✔ Be returned within 30 days of delivery
Non-returnable items:
✖ Gift cards
✖ Downloadable software or digital products
✖ Items that have been damaged due to misuse
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us – Email tony@newage3d.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Get Approval – Our team will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Ship the Item – Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method.
- Receive Your Refund – Once we inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping costs.
- If the return is due to customer preference (changed mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
✔ If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or payment provider. Some transactions may take additional time to process.
Exchanges
Need a replacement? We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us at tony@newage3d.com, and we’ll arrange a quick resolution.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email tony@newage3d.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
